THE POSITION Support and oversee food production with a strong focus on bulk catering and consistency. Champion nutrition, healthy eating, and allergy awareness, ensuring all controls and safety measures are followed. Maintain excellent portion control, minimise waste, and support efficient stock management to help control food costs. Ensure food safety guidelines are met, producing high-quality meals without compromise. Work collaboratively within a team, bringing strong attention to detail and a positive, can-do attitude. THE PERSON Relevant Chef Trade Qualifications Minimum 2 years’ experience in a commercial kitchen, with bulk or large-scale catering experience essential Solid understanding of kitchen operations and a flair for modern food trends A team player who thrives in a supportive, fast-paced environment Strong knowledge of OHS, Food Safety, and HACCP standards Excellent time management and communication skills THE BENEFITS Free parking available on site Paid parental leave.
