Based in Bath, UK, our team creates inspiring and engaging content for cycling enthusiasts globally, and we are looking for an organised and detail-focused Production Coordinator to join us.
As a Production Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our video productions. You will be responsible for overseeing the logistical and administrative aspects of shoots, from scheduling and budgeting to ensuring all necessary permissions and clearances are in place. Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and manage production schedules and call sheets, ensuring all logistics are in place for successful shoots.
* Coordinate the booking of equipment, crew, travel, locations, and props, making sure everything runs to plan.
* Support budget management by tracking expenses, negotiating with suppliers, and ensuring costs are kept within budget.
* Ensure all production content is delivered on time and to brief.
* Work closely with HR and Legal to ensure all necessary contracts and agreements are completed.
* Proactively identify process improvements and suggest ways to make our production workflows more efficient.
About You:
Experience:
* A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a production coordination or similar role.
* Experience in online video production (e.g., YouTube or other digital media platforms) is a plus.
Skills:
* Exceptional organisational and time-management skills.
* Good interpersonal and communication skills, with a positive, diplomatic approach to working with others.
* Full UK driving licence and eligibility to work permanently in the UK.
* A valid passport for international travel when needed.
Knowledge:
* A good understanding of video production processes, including technical aspects like camera, lighting, sound, and editing.
* Familiarity with production licences, permissions, and regulations.
* Knowledge of relevant UK regulations and union agreements (Pact, Equity, BECTU, etc.).
