Key Responsibilities: Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring a professional and welcoming experience for all clients.
Maximise room sales by managing group bookings in line with hotel business plans to achieve occupancy, rate, and revenue targets.
Handle all aspects of group reservations, including correspondence checks, booking management in Delphi and Opera, and adherence to company credit policies.
Work closely with the Events Team to manage rooming lists and payments for event-related group bookings.
Monitor Group Washdown through effective recording and reporting to the Commercial Manager.
Convert enquiries into confirmed business through excellent sales techniques and client relationship management.
