About the role: The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for leading our e-commerce strategy and plays a key role in driving organisational growth. This role has diverse range of responsibilities, including developing comprehensive digital marketing plans, overseeing the execution of campaigns across online platforms such as web and email and analysing campaign performance using data analytics tools to drive continuous optimisation and improvement. They also play a crucial role in managing online presence, ensuring consistency in branding, messaging, and user experience across different digital touchpoints. This role requires a combination of strategic thinking and hands-on execution so if you are a results-driven professional passionate about e-commerce, digital marketing, and data analytics with a proven track record of driving growth, we’d love to hear from you. Responsibilities include: · Management of our online website across key markets, optimising through developing strategies to increase sessions, conversion, sales and shopper experience. Working x-functionally, alongside our e-commerce agency to manage the day-to-day operations of the e-commerce platform, including product listings, descriptions, imagery, pricing and promotions to ensure accuracy, appeal, and consistency. Monitoring and analysing KPIs such as traffic, bounce rate, conversion rates, sales, reviews and customer satisfaction. Implementing digital marketing initiatives, such as SEO and email marketing to drive traffic and sales. Optimising the website for user experience, considering navigation, dwell time and click through rates. Overseeing web design development to ensure our site provides an excellent user interface and experience for your customers, whilst providing quick and easy access to products and transactions. Optimising email performance by monitoring and analysing key performance indicators such as open rate, click through rate and conversion rate. Analysing sales performance and customer behaviour to identify opportunities for improvement and growth. Stay across industry trends and best practices to ensure we’re identifying emerging opportunities and adapting strategies accordingly, keeping the business ahead of the curve. Implementing A/B testing to build case studies to support change initiatives and business decisions to support growth. Working cross functionally to support on the optimisation of Ordo’s retailer product pages and brand shop pages. Plan and execute seasonal and promotional campaigns to increase sales and boost customer engagement. Collaborate with customer service teams to ensure seamless customer services, high customer satisfaction, and resolve issues quickly through the online store. Analyse data from Google Analytics, CRM systems, and other tools to monitor site traffic and customer behaviour. Track and report e-commerce performance, including sales, conversion rates, and ROI on digital marketing campaigns. Essential Skills & Experience: Proven experience in growing, developing and optimising e-commerce platforms. Strong numerical and analytical skills to make sense of KPIs and make informed decisions. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Experience in sponsored and paid performance marketing advantageous. Enjoys working in a dynamic work environment full of challenge. Ability to stay up to date with the latest industry trends and developments Strong attention to detail and outstanding organisation skills. Ability to think innovatively and commercially. Minimum 3 year’s experience.
