An innovative IT company based in South Oxfordshire which develops property software and web sites which are installed to over 600 clients, and they also develop and maintain websites for over 200 clients in the UK are looking for an experienced Sales & Training Manager to join the growing team and be a member of the management team. They are seeking an energetic and driven sales individual with ambition and vision to join the team with a view to progress higher within the business to eventually help run the company. This role is a hands-on position and requires an individual who is self-motivated, resourceful and an excellent communicator and a background in either property or IT sales if possible. The priority is sales needing someone who can proactively bring in new business, develop and expand existing clients and build and nurturing partnerships with other companies which is also important as this can be a good revenue stream for us. This role also involves training and development of the software to any new clients which also helps with relationship building, trust and maximising quality of service to the client. Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities: Plan and carry out direct sales activities, principally by email, telephone but also in the form of seminars and attendance at trade shows Respond to and follow up sales enquiries by email, post, telephone, and personal visits Provide product demonstrations, principally on-line but occasionally on site Maintain and develop a customer and prospect database Maintain and develop existing and new customers through planned individual account support Provide product training and support to new and existing customers via on-line sessions, telephone, in-house training sessions and occasional site visits Project manage new customer installations and perform after sales follow-ups Help develop and enhance product documentation and training guides Monitor and report on activities and provide relevant management information Carry out market research, competitor comparisons and customer surveys Plan and implement marketing campaigns / promotional materials Liaise with 3rd parties regarding partnerships and product integrations Help with general office management Depending on experience the salary range offered is £50 - £60k OTE, 23 days holiday plus 8 bank holidays, private healthcare, and a pension scheme. Monday - Friday 9.00am - 5.30pm, plus hybrid working, 2 days in the office and 3 days remote.
