Coffee Expertise: Consistently make excellent coffee (or demonstrate a strong dedication to learning and improving coffee-making skills). Multi-Tasking: Efficiently handle multiple tasks, working effectively in all areas of the cafe including operating the coffee machine, serving customers, and assembling sandwiches. Customer Awareness: Stay attentive to customers' needs and aware of the cafe environment, ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience for everyone. Operational Support: Get involved in all parts of the cafe, supporting various functions and maintaining high standards of quality and service.
