Key Responsibilities: Resource & Vendor Management: Take ownership of onboarding new vendors and contribute to resource planning and allocation. Governance: Play a role in project planning, execution, and implementation of PMO best practices. Manage and maintain key templates and documentation. Reporting & Control: Monitor budgets, timelines, and deliverables, providing reports to stakeholders. Onboarding & Offboarding: Facilitate onboarding for new team members and manage offboarding procedures. Financial Management: Manage purchase orders (POs), from raising and tracking to reconciliation, ensuring timely delivery of goods and services. Meeting Support: Schedule meetings, prepare materials, and manage project documentation within SharePoint. Desired Skills & Experience: Proven experience as a PMO Analyst or similar role, ideally within an agency environment. Solid understanding of project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile) and tools. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Jira, Confluence, and SharePoint. Analytical skills and ability to manage complex information effectively. Accurate data entry and reporting skills. Comfortable working in a collaborative environment where priorities may shift and managing multiple projects simultaneously. Collaborative and eager to learn.
