Job Description
Working Hours: 30 hours per week, full year, ideally Monday to Thursday
We are looking for a professional and well-organised individual to provide generalist support across a busy HR function, including:
1. Undertaking recruitment interviews
2. Supporting case work as necessary
With specific responsibilities for:
1. Staff development
2. Pensions
3. Leavers
Our ideal candidate must be:
1. An excellent communicator
2. Highly IT proficient (Word and Excel in particular)
3. Experienced in working in a customer-focused HR related environment
Additionally, as a minimum, they should hold (or be prepared to work towards) a Level 3 CIPD qualification, as well as Level 2 qualifications in English and Maths.
Please note if you are selected for the next stage in the process, you will be required to attend the College’s premises, unless exceptional circumstances apply.
This post is primarily based at Blossomfield Campus but may include occasional travel to Woodlands Campus or Stratford-upon-Avon College.
