Key Responsibilities:
* Design and manage the compensation, benefits, and rewards strategy to support business growth.
* Oversee the salary benchmarking process, ensuring market competitiveness.
* Manage the annual pay review process, bonus schemes, and incentives.
* Partner with internal stakeholders to enhance employee benefits and drive engagement.
* Ensure compliance with local and international regulations regarding pay and benefits.
* Leverage data to provide insights, supporting strategic decision-making.
What We’re Looking For:
* Proven experience in a Benefits, Rewards, or Compensation role within a fast-paced environment.
* Strong understanding of salary benchmarking tools and compensation frameworks.
* Experience managing pay reviews, bonus structures, and employee benefits.
* Data-driven mindset with the ability to provide meaningful insights.
* Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence at all levels.
