Description
As a Temporary Customer Service Coordinator you will be:
Handling inbound calls from clients, engineers and sub-contractors
Managing an email inbox and responding to agreed SLA times
Raising tickets on system for the engineers to respond to
Updating information on the system & Microsoft Excel Profile
To be successful in this role:
Can commit to a 6 week contract
Can commute to Warrington office 5 days a week (Monday - Friday)
Strong customer service & contact centre experience
Excellent telephone manner
