Their Healthcare/Labs division delivers bespoke projects for hospitals, research labs, and medical facilities, with a strong focus on cutting-edge innovation and compliance with healthcare standards.

Location: Cambridge/London
Employment: Permanent
Salary: Competitive salary of £80,000 - £90,000 + car allowance + travel allowance, + pension + healthcare and bonuses.

Example Project: At the forefront of the quest to deliver best-in-class science research buildings. Working with my client to deliver some of the most innovative, sustainable and technically advanced projects within the life science, pharmacy and research division.
Responsibilities:
1. Producing project reports for issue to client on a weekly and monthly basis and to report on project progress and performance.
2. Guiding the development of project strategic programmes and monitor progress against.
3. Supporting all on site quality control, coordination of benchmarks and liaison with the construction supervisors.
4. Assisting in the day to day liaison with the neighbouring building owners and other relevant authorities.
5. Reviewing the contractor method statements/risk assessments.
6. Agreeing in short terms programmes with the contractor.
7. Assessing the contractors' monthly applications for payment.
8. Ensuring full understanding of all the contractors' scopes.
9. Attending off site inspections as required.
10. Agreeing in final quality inspections with the construction supervisors.
11. Providing input information to the electronic document management system and to other project control systems.
12. Supporting the commercial manager/quantity surveyor with project information.
13. Managing the project functions and all commercial aspects of the project.
You'll need to have:
1. You are digitally savvy, can build lasting client relationships and provide support to strong, motivated construction teams.
