Due to growth, we seek a Sales Executive responsible for generating new business, promoting freight services, and managing accounts from telesales to delivery, driving profit growth through customer management.
We seek enthusiastic, motivated individuals passionate about sales, capable of understanding customer needs, and providing tailored account management that adds value. The role demands accountability within the industry.

Your Responsibilities
* Generate new leads and accounts via telephone and face-to-face.
* Engage in Telesales, B2B selling, Negotiations, and Presentations.
* Grow gross profit and meet targets.
* Achieve sales productivity and revenue goals.
* Deliver high customer care standards.
* Provide accurate, cost-effective quotations.
* Report weekly/monthly sales activities.
Your Skills and Experiences
* Proactive telesales or cold calling experience, ideally outbound.
* 2-5 years' experience in European road freight preferred.
* Experience generating own leads is beneficial.
* Target and KPI-driven experience.
* GCSE Maths and English Grade C+ or equivalent.
* Strong organizational skills.
* Influencing ability.
* Full Driving License.
