They are looking to recruit Customer Services Administrators to join their team based in their busy Farnham offices.
As a key member of the Customer Service Department, you'd be a central point of contact for all customers, providing outstanding customer service.
In this Customer Service Advisor role, your duties would include:
* promptly answering inbound calls from customers
* pre-empting customer requirements through active listening and use of multiple questioning methods
* working effectively and efficiently when dealing with client requests, multitasking where possible to complete notes and log any queries
* ensuring all calls are compliant with Data Protection
* listening to the client’s requests, confirming all data and reassuring them through use of positive language
* suggesting or recommending other relevant products that clients may find beneficial
* resolving customer queries first time, using all knowledge sources and content available via the Help Centre
* escalating any customer concerns or complaints for quick resolution
* using customer feedback to inform line managers of potential issues and ideas for improvement
