THE ROLE
There is now the opportunity to lead the team responsible for the sales of a wide range of spaces for conferences, meetings, and events across venues.
Responsibilities will include:
1. Build and manage an effective sales pipeline across venues
2. Devise and drive the sales strategy for the wider team
3. Identify global new business opportunities
4. Networking, attending industry events, and identifying new opportunities
5. Management of the new business team ensuring a high-performing sales function
6. Excellent understanding of market trends
THE CANDIDATE
The successful candidate will be a strong and capable leader with a proven track record in achieving success leading a sales team within the events sector. You will be highly motivated and driven with commercial acumen and experience of contributing to business development strategies at a senior level.
