Marketing Graduate – Recruitment Sector
Location: Harrogate Town Centre (next to the train station)
Salary: £22,000 – £27,600 per annum (depending on experience)
Working Hours: Monday to Thursday, with a half day on Friday
About Us
SGS is a growing recruitment start-up based in Harrogate. We’re a small, close-knit team with big ambitions. Passionate about connecting people, we’re now looking for a creative and driven marketing graduate to help us attract and engage more candidates using modern outbound marketing methods. We specialize in Social Care, specifically Children's Residential Homes and Specialist Education.
The Role
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a good understanding of marketing tools and outbound techniques. You’ll play a key role in designing and running candidate nurturing campaigns across multiple platforms to help bring more great people into our business. You’ll also be hands-on with content, tech, and communication – working closely with our recruitment team.
Key Responsibilities
1. Create and manage outbound candidate marketing campaigns
2. Use tools and platforms including:
o LinkedIn Sales Navigator
o Dripify
o Streak CRM
o Paiger
o Clay
o Slack
o LinkedIn voice notes
o Loom for video outreach (scripts provided)
o Our Applicant Tracking System (e.g., Recruiterflow)
3. Produce engaging video content (with support on scripting)
4. Understand and apply marketing funnel principles to attract and retain candidate interest
5. Collaborate with the wider team to tailor marketing strategies to the right audiences
6. Track campaign performance and suggest improvements
7. Keep candidate records up to date within our systems
What We're Looking For
1. A recent graduate in Marketing, Communications, or a similar field
2. A good understanding of outbound marketing and digital campaigns
3. Familiarity with marketing tools and CRMs (training can be provided)
4. Confident in front of a camera and happy to record short videos
5. Excellent communication and organisational skills
6. A proactive, positive attitude and a willingness to learn
7. Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, start-up environment
