Job Role: Administrator Base: Coleraine Department: Quality (Qualifications Team) Contract: Full-Time/Permanent Hours: 37.5 per week Salary: £23,000 - £25,000 per annum We are currently recruiting for an Administrator to join our Qualifications Team based at our offices in Coleraine (located on New Row). Reporting to our Head of Quality; the successful applicant will be responsible for the administration of qualifications in accordance with the Awarding Body and Company Quality Assurance systems. The role will involve accurate inputting, storage and retrieval of data to both manual and computerised systems according to company procedures and standards. The successful candidate will work within the Qualifications team; and will be required to complete qualification standards documentation. Essential Criteria: 1 years' administration experience to include the operation and monitoring of information system (s) i.e. input, storage and retrieval of data Excellent IT skills Excellent organisational skills Ability to pay attention to detail and accuracy of information Excellent communication skills ABOUT US: Rutledge Training is one of the leading private training providers in NI; with a branch network of 17 locations.
