Our client based in Bournemouth Town Centre has an exciting opportunity for an Accommodation Coordinator!
You will work alongside the Accommodation Manager, ensuring students are allocated into the correct accommodation. You will also be responsible for ensuring compliance across all areas before students are placed in accommodation.
Duties and Responsibilities
1. Recruit new families by advertising and recommending a friend schemes.
2. Arrange accommodation for students.
3. Send documentation and ensure forms are correctly completed and shared with relevant parties.
4. Deal with any student or host complaints or move requests.
It is understood that this list is not exhaustive and that the Accommodation Coordinator may be asked to perform other duties at times.
Person Specification
Energy and empathy are essential, along with a good work ethic and proven reliability. You will be personable and approachable. You will need to think on your feet to solve problems quickly.
* Minimum two years of office administrative experience or similar.
* Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written, with sound commercial sense.
* Efficient organisational and administrative skills with excellent attention to detail.
* Strong IT skills including competence with Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Outlook) and databases.
* Ability to learn and adapt quickly and cope in challenging situations.

* Students and partner agencies receive an excellent service.
* Smooth and efficient overall running of reception areas in relation to administration, welfare, suppliers, agents, and other staff.
* Swift and successful resolution of any problems or complaints.
* Fast, efficient, friendly responses to enquiries.
* Provision of an excellent welcome and excellent customer service at all times whether relating to students, staff, agents, or suppliers.
