Our client, a leading provider in the HTP sector, is currently seeking a Surfacing Contracts Manager to join their team on a contract basis. This role involves managing surfacing dressing contracts and ensuring the successful delivery of projects.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Overseeing and managing surfacing dressing contracts from inception to completion
2. Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to high standards of quality
3. Supervising and coordinating with on-site teams and subcontractors
4. Maintaining effective communication with clients and stakeholders
5. Conducting site inspections and quality control checks
6. Resolving any issues that arise during the project lifecycle
7. Preparing and submitting project reports and documentation
8. Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
Job Requirements:
1. Experience in managing surfacing dressing contracts in the HTP sector
