The Role: HHC Service Coordinator

What you will be doing:
1. Picks, packs, and processes outgoing rental equipment in a proficient, safe and efficient manner.
2. Forecast peak delivery periods and issue appropriate work assignments to drivers.
3. Plan out routes for drivers making sure urgent deliveries go out first.
4. Maintains warehouse stock in an organized and efficient way.
5. Collaborate with HHC Managers to coordinate sales, record controls, and purchasing.
6. Report any damaged stock or equipment to HHC Managers.
7. Clean and evaluate incoming equipment to ensure the health and safety of the next user.
8. Maintaining accurate asset numbers for each piece of equipment.
9. Resolving customer service issues.
10. Maintains confidentiality of patient profiles.
11. Adheres to government and contractual obligations for HHC.
12. May clean and assist with the repair of equipment.
13. Participates in equipment training.
How you will succeed:
1. Education or experience equivalent to a high school diploma is required.
2. At least one year related experience is required.
3. Excellent communication, both written and verbal.
4. Customer Service experience.
