More about the role:Lead the management and operations of the cellar, ensuring that all beverages are stored, managed, and served according to established standardsMaintain accurate records of stock levels, ordering schedules, and deliveries Uphold effective stock rotation to minimise waste and ensure qualityRegularly inspect the cellar and storage areas to ensure all beverages are kept in optimal conditions, maintaining their quality and freshnessCollaborate with suppliers to place orders, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality beveragesProvide detailed reports and analysis to Senior Management to aid in data-driven decisions regarding inventory and salesBe a driving force for positive change within the department.
