Health and Safety Manager:
Scope of Work:
Coordinating and managing a maximum of 50 subcontractors on site. The project is a 5-floor CAT A/B office fit-out lasting over 35 weeks.
* Conducting COSHH assessments
* Leading toolbox talks
* Performing certificate update checks
* Reporting to the Health and Safety Manager
* Conducting site inspections nationwide (must be willing to travel; all expenses paid)
* Carrying out risk assessments
* Preparing reports
* Attending meetings and delivering client and contractor presentations
* Possessing construction experience
* Holding NEBOSH qualification
Start Date: 13/01
Length: 35 weeks
Certifications Required: CSCS, SMSTS, First Aid, NEBOSH
