Salary: £25,000 to £28,000 p/a dependent on experience
Plus access to annual bonus
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.00pm
You will need to be able to commute to our Head Office in Hastings, East Sussex a minimum of twice a week.
Job role:
This exciting role involves executing marketing campaigns and managing events in the UK and internationally. Responsibilities include organizing events, managing marketing materials, updating websites, overseeing social media, maintaining brand consistency, and collaborating with stakeholders. The role also involves budget management and supporting wider marketing initiatives.

Key responsibilities:
1. Plan and manage UK and international events (venue booking, logistics, execution)
2. Create and distribute marketing materials (flyers, posters, branded merchandise)
3. Maintain and update the company website (WordPress) and social media content
4. Support marketing campaigns and ensure brand consistency across all channels
5. Track marketing budget, process purchase orders, and record spend
6. Work with internal teams, suppliers, and external partners
7. Assist with marketing projects and campaign development

Requirements:
* Minimum of two years’ experience in a marketing or events related role
* Excellent written and oral communication skills
* Excellent copywriting and proofreading skills
* Self-starter who can work well in a team
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment whilst maintaining quality of output
* Experience of thinking creatively and innovatively
* Be proficient with all Microsoft Office applications and computer literate
* Good prioritization and organization skills – ability to work within constrained timescales and resources
* Experience designing creatives for marketing campaigns including social media tiles and leaflets
* Good understanding of digital marketing tools (email marketing, social media, CRM etc)
* Experience of working in a B2B environment implementing campaigns direct to clients
* Can-do attitude, enthusiasm, and flexibility
