About the Role
As a Skills Coach, you will work closely with apprentices and employers, providing guidance, training, and assessment to help learners build the skills and confidence they need to succeed in civil engineering. Your role will involve mentoring apprentices, supporting their professional development, and ensuring they meet the requirements of their qualifications.
Key Responsibilities
⦁ Support and assess apprentices in workplace settings, ensuring they progress in line with their training plan.
⦁ Provide clear and constructive feedback to help learners develop their technical and professional skills.
⦁ Build and maintain strong working relationships with employers to ensure effective collaboration.
⦁ Offer careers advice and guidance to help apprentices navigate their learning journey.
