HR Manager Chesterfield £competitive salary plus benefits My client is a leading fast growing professional services firm who is going from strength to strength. They are looking to appoint an experienced HR Manager to join the business and work as part of the Operations Board and be responsible for the delivery of key projects. Key Responsibilities include: Review document and share HR policies and procedures incorporating best practices. Oversee the smooth onboarding of new starters with a suitable induction plan supported by other areas of the business to ensure a positive candidate experience Provide advice to Directors and Managers on setting performance objectives, carrying out reviews or appraisals and guidance for performance improvement plans where necessary. Conduct exit interviews with leavers to understand reasons for leaving highlighting any areas of concerns or actions. Provide HR advice and guidance to Directors and Managers as well as support to staff as required. Supporting performance of individuals against targets and objectives. Ensure robust recruitment processes are in place and support all areas of the business to promote consistency for all vacancies with consideration to equality and diversity. The Person Ideally you will have a proven track record of working within HR ideally as an Advisor or Manager for at least five years and hold CIPD level 5 or equivalent. You will have excellent knowledge of IT systems including outlook word and PowerPoint You will be an excellent communicator with great time management skills. Excellent role to really make your own
