Administrator/Paralegal-WFH/Hybrid-Permanent-FT/ Salary Dependent on Experience

As the Administrator/Paralegal you will ensure the provision and maintenance of an efficient administration service within the Legal/DPO/Corporate Concerns and Secretariat team. You will also provide information and support to SLT and other relevant central functions in a timely and courteous manner.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintaining an efficient system for all legal invoices
* Maintaining an up-to-date and accurate knowledge of Spire Legal/DPO Corporate Concerns and Head of Secretariat policies and initiatives
* Liaising with General Legal Counsel and Board EAs and SLT to support diary management to include the arrangement of meetings and travel.
* Responding to enquiries from other central functions or hospitals in a timely, courteous and efficient manner either by face-to-face meetings, telephone or email. Ensure an accurate record of the communication is held and is escalated as appropriate.
* Maintaining departmental electronic filing systems.
* Liaising closely with central teams and EAs in relation to any special requirements or individual requests
* Supporting the planning and organisation of legal team events, training and conferences
* Practicing and maintaining a high standard of confidentiality at all times
* Conducting legal research when requested
* Supporting the Legal function with IT and equipment related matters, including the administrative side of onboarding new team members.
* Supporting with drafting of documents and correspondence.
* Providing and receiving information, ensuring that all information is provided, received and recorded in accordance with Spire policies.
* Undertaking any training or development as required to acquire skills and knowledge to undertake the role competently
* Carrying out any other duty that reasonably falls within the general nature and level of responsibility of the post.
Key Requirements:
* Good standard of secondary education with demonstrable literacy and numeracy skills
* Previous paralegal/administration experience
* Good understanding of operational processes and systems
* Proficiency with Microsoft 365 programmes
