Job Description: Customer Assistant (Trading)

As a Customer Assistant, you will naturally excel in customer service. With our bespoke training, you'll become an expert in providing a warm northern welcome and creating a magical shopping experience.
Your day may include checking stock, maintaining records, and ensuring health & safety and food hygiene standards. Your main focus will be our customers, aiming for their happiness which reflects our success. No retail experience is necessary, but you should be warm, friendly, hardworking, and innovative, fitting well into our close-knit team.
Please Note:
* Customer Assistant roles require a minimum of 1 weekend shift per week.
* Pay rates apply to different age groups: £9.50 for ages 18-20, and higher for 21+.
* Flexibility to work mornings and evenings is essential.
* Responsibilities include replenishing shelves and serving customers at the tills.
* Willingness to work one weekend day per week is required.
