Foster meaningful connections through creative, social, and recreational programs. Work collaboratively with residents, families, and the care team to promote emotional and physical well-being. Maintain accurate records of programs and resident participation. Contribute to a positive and inclusive culture within our care community. Be the Dementia Champion - promoting individualised care and support to residents living with dementia Skills And Experiences About You To succeed in this role, you will have: A Certificate IV in Leisure and Health or a related qualification (or willingness to obtain). Experience working with individuals living with dementia. A strong understanding of person-centered care principles. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Creativity, enthusiasm, and a genuine passion for aged care. A current First Aid Certificate and valid police check (or willingness to obtain). Why Join Us?
