Sales Support Consultant - Health Insurance

We're looking for a motivated Sales Support Consultant to assist our clients Sales Team and manage selected renewals. This role offers a blend of administrative duties and direct sales support, providing an excellent opportunity for growth.
* Salary: 22,022 per annum
* Location: Office-based (potential hybrid after probation)
* 35 hours/week
* 23 days holiday/year
* Death in service benefit (10x salary)
* Company pension, voluntary dental, PMI after 6 months
* Performance-related bonus
Your Role:
* Support Sales Team with admin tasks and renewal management.
* Handle inbound calls and assist with renewal follow-up.
* Maintain customer satisfaction through effective communication.
* Assist with sales activity reporting and project support.
Skills & Experience:
* Admin experience in private medical insurance or financial services.
* Strong communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to manage multiple demands and build successful relationships.
* A UK based applicant with an unrestricted right to work
