Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our moving company’s dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new leads, building strong relationships with customers, and driving sales growth. This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to assess client needs, and a strategic approach to closing deals. Proficiency in English is required to enhance communication with a local customer base.
Duties & Responsibilities
1. Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and online inquiries.
2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with residential and commercial clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
3. Conduct on-site and virtual consultations to assess moving needs and provide accurate estimates.
4. Present and explain our moving services, pricing, and value propositions to potential customers.
5. Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless coordination and execution of booked moves.
6. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to enhance sales strategies.
7. Handle customer inquiries, address concerns, and provide exceptional service throughout the sales process.
8. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and client interactions in the CRM system.
9. Participate in sales training and meetings to continuously improve skills and knowledge.
Requirements
1. Proven experience in sales, preferably in the moving, logistics, or service industry.
2. Strong ability to build rapport and close deals with residential and corporate clients.
3. Excellent communication and negotiation skills; Spanish proficiency is highly desirable.
4. Ability to assess customer needs and provide tailored moving solutions.
5. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
6. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
7. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
Pay
$18.00-$22.00 per hour
