At Pat Kirk Ltd we are looking for an experienced, ambitious, and highly professional Service Manager to join our established multi-franchise family-run business.
The Service Manager is at the heart of the aftersales operations, and you will be responsible for leading and motivating the aftersales team to deliver profitability, while working in a franchised environment, where standards are high and delivering quality and service to the customer is paramount.

Job Summary:
Position: Service Manager
Job Type: Full time, Permanent
Salary: Based on Experience [Will be discussed with successful candidate]
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9am-5.30pm and alternative Saturdays 9am-1pm
Responsibilities:
1. Manage performance to achieve key targets, and deliver continuous improvement
2. Leading, motivating and training your team
3. Ensuring company and manufacturer standards are met
4. Assists with managing workshop productivity and efficiency
5. Budgeting and forecasting with other senior managers
6. Provides advice, and sign off on key issues
7. Reporting to senior management regularly
8. Building and maintaining strong working relationships with other departments
The ideal candidate will have:
1. Previous experience working with a franchised Motor Dealer (desirable)
2. High levels of literacy and numeracy
3. Leadership skills and the ability to motivate your team to achieve success
4. Good organisational and IT skills
5. High levels of accuracy and attention to detail
6. Be positive and friendly with a professional work ethic
7. The ability to stay calm under pressure
8. An understanding of how to identify and maximise sales opportunities
9. A full clean driving licence held for a minimum of one year
