Our client, a well-established fire protection service company, is on the hunt for two Operations Administrators to join their growing team in Horsham. If you're super organised, love helping people, and enjoy a fast-paced environment, this could be just what you're looking for!

* Starting salary of £26,000, increasing to £27,332.80 after six months.
* Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5pm

The Role:
* Taking incoming calls and booking in repairs and installations.
* Providing engineers with everything they need-job sheets, timesheets, and a smooth schedule.
* Keeping clients in the loop with regular updates.
* Updating client contracts and details on the CRM.
* Raising purchase orders for subcontractors.
* Working closely with the scheduling team to keep things running like clockwork.
* Managing job progress to ensure deadlines are met.
The Person:
* Strong admin experience (a must!).
* A natural people-person with top-tier customer service skills.
* Ability to build great relationships with clients.
* Experience scheduling engineers is desirable but not essential.
