Your role responsibilities will include: Building meaningful connections with our clients, offering companionship and care during evening visits. Create a welcoming home atmosphere by assisting with light household tasks and meal preparations. Help clients relax and prepare for their evening routine. Engage in enjoyable activities like reading, board games etc. Maintain open and regular communication with clients and their families to provide top-tier care and peace of mind. Requirements: No previous experience required; thorough in-house induction assessment and ongoing training will be provided. Strong written and spoken English skills. Availability of reliable transportation for home visits, outings, grocery shopping, and errands. Exceptional organisational skills and time management abilities. Inherent caring and friendly nature, with the ability to build positive relationships with clients and their families.
