Role Purpose
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to lead and drive strategic marketing initiatives that support our B2B communications, sales, and bid management processes. This individual will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including communications, commercial, and business development, overseeing various marketing activities, including Salesforce marketing support, content creation for paid social media campaigns, optimizing the corporate website, strategies to enhance brand visibility, managing customer newsletters, enhancing ROI on events, and producing marketing materials. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Salesforce, executing comprehensive marketing strategies, and the full spectrum of digital marketing channels.
What you will be doing
* Manage and optimise the use of Salesforce for marketing purposes, ensuring seamless integration with the sales team.
* Lead marketing automation campaigns within Salesforce, from design to execution and reporting.
* Analyse Salesforce data to inform marketing strategies and enhance lead generation and nurturing processes.
* Collaborate with the commercial and bid management team to develop compelling marketing materials that support RFP (Request for Proposal) submissions.
* Contribute to bid strategies, ensuring alignment with overall marketing and brand messaging.
What we are looking for
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
* Minimum of 5-7 years of marketing experience, preferably in a global business, with at least 2 years in a senior role.
* Experience developing and executing integrated communications and marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility.
* Proven experience managing Salesforce as a marketing tool, including lead management, reporting, and campaign execution is desirable.
* Experience supporting sales teams and bid management processes, with a strong understanding of sales planning and RFP responses.
