Role: Administrator / Project Support
Salary: £24,000 per annum + excellent benefits including gym membership, free parking, company bonus, company social events
Hours: 9-5.30pm Mon-Fri, Office Based.
Based: Edenbridge - Car/Driver required due to location.

About the Role
You will work alongside the Lead Project Support/Admin for in-house training, gaining familiarity with client's procedures. Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook is required, as attention to detail is crucial for reviewing and proofreading reports and proposal documents. You will also use the internet for research and make travel arrangements.
As an Administrator, you should have a friendly and confident manner, with excellent communication skills. Working within a team, you will be proactive and resourceful, consistently solving problems and delivering results.
Key Responsibilities
1. Review and format reports, ensuring accuracy.
2. Manage emails, filing when necessary, and responding promptly.
3. Raise Purchase and Supply Orders, maintaining records for the Accounts department. (Training provided)
4. Book travel arrangements - Flights, Hotels and Car Hire (Training provided)
5. Provide general support to the project team.
6. Answer calls and redirect them or take detailed messages.
7. Manage office supplies, ensuring everything is stocked.

1. Proven experience in administration, looking to develop and learn new skills.
2. Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
3. Excellent attention to detail.
4. Strong internet research skills.
5. Good problem-solving abilities.
