Part-Time Payroll / HR Administrator Location: Wednesbury Salary: Pro Rata £28,000 Hours: 20 hours per week (Mon-Fri, ideally 10am - 2pm but flexibility given) Temp-to-Perm Opportunity Our growing client based in the Wednesbury area is seeking a Part-Time Payroll / HR Administrator to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a friendly and dynamic environment, supporting the payroll process for approximately (Apply online only) employees. Key Responsibilities: Process payroll for (Apply online only) employees using the ADP payroll package. Handle payroll-related queries from employees, providing clear and professional communication. General HR and administrative duties, ensuring the smooth operation of day-to-day tasks. Assist with any other payroll or HR-related tasks as needed. Skills & Experience: Experience in payroll administration, ideally using the ADP payroll system. Strong communication skills with a good telephone manner for handling employee queries. A "people person" who is approachable and confident in dealing with various queries. Good organisational and time management skills. Previous HR or payroll administration experience is required. Salary & Hours: Salary: £13.46 per hour Part-time hours: 20 hours per week, ideally Monday to Friday, between 10am - 2pm. This is a temporary-to-permanent opportunity, with the potential for a permanent position based on performance.
