HR Specialist - Leeds - Think Specialist Recruitment
We are seeking an experienced HR Specialist to join our team at Think Specialist Recruitment. As a key member of our HR function, you will provide expert advice on employment law and work closely with clients to find the right candidates for their business.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a HR capacity, ideally with CIPD qualifications or studying towards them. Good knowledge of UK employment law is essential, as well as experience of conducting disciplinary and grievance processes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Providing advice on the application of statutory and contractual HR legislation, policies, and procedures.
* Supporting the HR Manager in analysing complex HR casework and preparing for investigations, hearings, and appeals.
