Health and Social Care Teacher

We are seeking a dedicated Health and Social Care Teacher to deliver BTEC Level 2 & 3 courses. This contract role is based in South London and offers an engaging environment where you can impart your knowledge and enthusiasm for the subject to eager students.
Day-to-day of the role of a Health and Social Care Lecturer:
* Plan, prepare and deliver instructional activities that facilitate active learning experiences in Health and Social Care.
* Develop schemes of work and lesson plans in line with curriculum objectives.
* Facilitate learning by establishing a relationship with students and organising learning resources and the classroom environment.
* Assess and record students' progress and provide grades and feedback.
* Maintain discipline in accordance with the rules and disciplinary systems of the institution.
* Participate in departmental and school meetings, parent meetings.
Required Skills & Qualifications for the Health and Social Care Lecturer:
* Recognised Teaching qualification.
* Experience in teaching BTEC Health and Social Care at Level 2 & 3.
* Strong knowledge of the curriculum and assessment methods.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
* Good organisational and time-management skills.
* Energy, enthusiasm, stamina, patience, dedication, resilience and self-discipline.
