Studio-based (Hybrid: Tues-Thurs in studio, Mon & Fri optional remote)
Are you a detail-driven Creative Artworker with a passion for bringing visionary designs to life? Profiles Creative are working with an environmental agency specializing in creating bespoke environments for their clients. This could be for an office, a hospitality venue, hospital, or airport.
They are looking for a meticulous and skilled Creative Artworker to be the backbone of their design team, ensuring every artwork output meets the highest creative and production standards.
The Role
As our Creative Artworker, you’ll be the studio’s final checkpoint—preparing flawless, production-ready files that translate bold creative concepts into reality. Collaborating closely with the Head of Production, Designers, and Project Managers, you’ll refine, enhance, and execute artwork that meets our ambitious vision. This is a role where precision meets creativity, and your expertise will ensure our incredible work is perfectly realized in physical spaces.
What You’ll Be Doing:
1. Preparing production-ready artwork files—ensuring designs are executed to the highest standard
2. Creating detailed documentation to guarantee seamless fabrication, costing, and installation
3. Liaising with suppliers and fabricators to bring creative concepts to life
4. Managing and approving artwork samples, ensuring they meet design specifications before release
5. Drawing up site elevations and key documents for design execution
6. Acting as a quality gatekeeper, ensuring accuracy and excellence in all outgoing artwork
7. Working efficiently to meet tight deadlines without compromising on quality
What We’re Looking For:
1. Proven experience in a similar role
2. Background in environmental branding, architecture, signage, or wayfinding (a plus!)
3. Unmatched attention to detail and a passion for producing high-quality work
4. Ability to problem-solve and think critically in a production setting
5. A team player with excellent communication and collaboration skills
6. Ability to thrive under tight deadlines and keep projects on track
25 days holiday (plus Christmas closure) + 1 extra day per year of service (up to 30 days)
