We are looking for Chefs to join our team at The Newsroom Bar & Eatery, right in the heart of Edinburgh's City Centre - at the top of Leith Street, opposite the St James Centre and Edinburgh Waverley train station.
We have both full-time and part-time positions available, dependent on the best candidate's availability and wishes.
The best candidates will be experienced in working in busy, city centre kitchens, be passionate about food and have a keen eye for detail. Getting creative is encouraged - we love it when our team come up with specials, and we're also about to have a bit of revamp of our menu.
Our kitchen team all report directly to the Head Chef & demonstrate excellent personal standards, a good eye for hygiene combined with passion & respect for others.
Responsibilities include:
1. All aspects of kitchen life from prep & service to due diligence & compliance with all health & hygiene regulations.
