Logical Personnel Solutions are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Recruitment Resourcer to join our dynamic team based in Bradley Stoke (Bristol) ( No Prior Experience Required as training will be provided) In this role, you will play a crucial part in the recruitment process by supporting the construction consultants in sourcing and engaging with potential candidates, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills.
Responsibilities
* Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
* Conduct initial screenings to assess candidate qualifications and fit for the role.
* Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) using tools such as Taleo, Workday, or PeopleSoft.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
* Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide regular updates on candidate progress.
* Inputting Details of candidates on our database ensuring that compliance is kept up to date and all tickets are in date
* Engage in lead generation activities to identify potential candidates for future roles.
* Sending candidates details of work and checking them in and booking them out on the system
* Placing job adverts on job boards such as Indeed, CV Library
* Assist in managing social media platforms to promote job openings and enhance employer branding.
Skills
* Strong relationship management skills to foster connections with candidates and hiring teams.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey information to candidates and stakeholders.
* A background in human resources or related fields is advantageous but not essential.
* Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
* Strong organisational skills with attention to detail to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Working Hours are Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
