Accommodation Officer – Maternity Cover ( Up to £13.00 per hour holiday pay - experience dependent Eastbourne You will co-ordinate homestay and residential accommodation for our English Centre in Eastbourne. You will recruit new hosts and manage our existing portfolio, ensuring they are fully compliant and deliver the high-quality service we require. Allocating rooms within the residential side of the business to ensure all teams are prepared and can deliver to target. Key Responsibilities: Homestay Complete and maintain Homestay compliance and documentation Maintain regular contact with hosts via calls/emails/visits as required System management – class, teams Manage all travel requirements for students Residential Make all allocations for residential stays Manage locations and access – to include keys and rooming lists Liaise with the Cleaning Supervisor & Maintenance Supervisor to ensure all rooms and free from issues and turnover is efficiently planned Skills & Experience: IT literate Allocations Experience Excellent communication skills Ability to work to time constraints Twin Group is an award-winning provider of education, travel, work experience, accommodation, and employment services.
