Your Impact You'll support scheduling and budgeting to ensure projects meet performance, time, and cost goals. Learn from experienced onshore and offshore professionals while gaining hands-on experience. The Person GCSE Maths and English MS Office experience Degree in Engineering, Project Management or equivalent experience will be advantageous Prior experience in administration or coordination will be advantageous Required to pass medical examinations for offshore work and willing travel to domestic and international field locations when needed Proactive and enthusiastic attitude, with a desire to learn and develop whilst pursuing relevant project planner qualification Genuine interest in maritime, offshore or engineering sector Good communication and interpersonal skills, fluency in English language required, any other spoken/written languages considered an advantage Hands-on attitude and a passion for project planning and logistics Capable of working to tight deadlines and able to think proactively and ask questions Innovative thinker, able to coordinate and problem-solve Ability to function well within a team environment Understanding of basic health and safety requirements Time management and organisational skills Technically inclined and willing to learn the components and parts used for maintenance on vessels Willing to learn MS Projects and systems related to the role The Job Assisting with planning and scheduling of corrective and preventative maintenance activities by risk and priority level. Learning rig components through active engagement with available documentation, ensuring familiarity with parts. Once understanding is acquired, coordinating spare parts availability effectively between the maintenance department and the stockroom to ensure timely procurement and allocation. Assisting with managing work orders, documentation, and asset tracking using the Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS). Assisting rig maintenance activities to ensure smooth operations. Developing new Planned Maintenance (PM) schedules as instructed by mechanical and electrical supervisors, aligning with manufacturer recommendations and industry best practices. Tracking overdue Planned Maintenance (PMs) and Work Orders (WOs), providing regular updates to mechanical and electrical supervisors. Contributing to the preparation of monthly reports, including Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), to monitor equipment uptime/downtime and parts usage. Visiting vessels to review Planned Maintenance (PM) systems. Proactively engaging and learning by participating in development programmes. Collaborating with relevant internal and external stakeholders. What can we offer?
