We are recruiting for an operations support executive to work for a fantastic manufacturer in Deeside. This role would be perfect for a candidate who is customer orientated.

Responsibilities:
1. Provide accurate, timely and professional communication at all times, including written correspondence, telephone and electronic exchange to all customers (internal and external).
2. Manages and determines the appropriate method of order entry and shipment for accuracy and customer satisfaction.
3. Collaborates with the Supply and Logistics Planner to plan availability of orders, communicate order confirmation and delivery in line with service standard to achieve agreed OTIF.
4. Captures and responds to complaints in line with the Customer Complaint Procedure.
5. Executes sales campaigns as directed by the Sales Manager.
6. Provides administration relating to the development and launch of new products and the onboarding of new customers.
7. Coordinates the timely execution of samples requests and any appropriate follow up as required.
8. Daily sales reporting.
Requirements:
1. Proficient in MS Office Suite, Advanced Excel skills a prerequisite.
2. Experience in reporting and analysis.
3. English & Maths - A Level.
4. SAP experience desirable.
