Key Responsibilities:
* Greet patients warmly and professionally, ensuring a welcoming environment.
* Manage appointment scheduling efficiently using our practice management software.
* Answer phone calls effectively and respond to patient inquiries promptly.
* Maintain patient records and confidentiality in accordance with data protection regulations.
* Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure smooth patient flow and communication.
* Adapt to changing demands and priorities as needed in a fast-paced environment.
* Provide support for other administrative tasks as required.
Qualifications:
* Previous experience in a reception, administrative role or customer service is preferred but not required.
* Proficiency in using technology and practice management software EMIS and PATCHs is a plus.
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.
