Your Role As a Senior D365 Project Manager in our Professional Services Practice, you'll be at the forefront of our Business Applications pillar, leveraging your deep knowledge and expertise in delivering high-profile professional services D365 F&SCM projects. Your responsibilities will include: Manage the relationship with the customer and all stakeholders Deliver assigned projects in line with established KPIs Understand and articulate the scope of each project to which you are assigned Manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for successful execution of projects; Develop a detailed project plan to track progress using established tools and processes e.g., DevOps Time estimating – ensure the estimated date of completion is accurate Cost estimating – ensure the estimated cost to complete is accurate Management of project budgets Managing Risks and Issues (RAID logs per project) Monitoring progress and reporting on it via agreed channels and to established timelines Participate in pre-sales engagements to develop high-quality sales proposals Proactively deliver solutions to problems, as opposed to simply highlighting them.
