Overview:
You will play a key role in helping us grow sales of APC by Schneider Electric solutions and services with our resellers in the UK and Ireland. You’ll manage a group of target customers locally while collaborating with our wider team to meet overall business goals. This position involves achieving revenue and profitability targets.
Responsibilities:
* Increase Market Share: Focus on growing Schneider Electric’s presence and ensuring our customers are happy.
* Build Relationships: Develop strong connections with customers, from the sales team to upper management.
* Execute Strategies: Work with both local and central teams to implement sales and service strategies for your accounts.
* Understand Customer Needs: Get to know each account’s business goals and strategies.
* Enhance Brand Visibility: Organize training and events to promote Schneider Electric’s brand with resellers.
* Collaborate: Work with various internal teams to share best practices and drive performance.
Skills and Experience:
* Experience in channel sales with a record of success.
* Knowledge of AI is beneficial.
* Familiarity with the IT reseller market and understanding of customer needs and challenges.
* Strong analytical skills to understand clients’ businesses.
* Knowledge of Schneider Electric’s solutions is a plus.
* Good communication skills and ability to influence others.
* Ability to work independently and manage complex situations.
* Proactive attitude and a passion for teamwork in an international setting.
