To be responsible for maximising recruitment into the Generation Study within the Trust. This will include developing recruitment strategies, monitoring rates of recruitment, and conducting performance studies within the Birmingham Women’s and Children’s Hospital. The post holder will ensure that any research undertaken safeguards the well-being of research participants and is conducted to Good Clinical Practice, in compliance with the respective research protocol and UK/EU law.
