Our client is a respected, successful, and rapidly growing independent estate agency. Due to constant business growth, they are seeking a Sales Negotiator to join their friendly team near Beccles.
They are also open to considering a trainee interested in entering the industry. The position can be either Part-time or Full-time.
The successful Sales Negotiator will receive:
* Basic salary of up to £22,000
* Ongoing training & support
* Free parking nearby
Working Days:
* Monday - Friday and alternate Saturdays.
* Each Saturday worked will be compensated with a day off in lieu.
Qualifications and qualities:
* Experience within a sales/KPI-driven environment (ideally estate agency, but not essential)
* Team player
* Willing to go the extra mile
* Ambitious and highly driven
* UK clean driving license and access to own vehicle
Key duties for the role of Sales Negotiator will include:
* Successfully negotiate offers
* Drive the business forward by offering excellent customer service
* Arrange and attend viewings
* Register customers
* Match requirements & arrange viewings
