Job responsibilities Please see full Job Description and Person Specification in documents attached to this advert. Offer evidence-based practice in low intensity CBT interventions. Develop, support and train innovative practice to trainee NHS Talking Therapies psychological well-being practitioners. The post holder will be available to offer day to day coaching, advice and support to Psychological Wellbeing Practitioners in their locality and where necessary in other localities- covering for colleagues. Deliver significant case management, and clinical supervision to psychological well-being practitioners and trainees. Demonstrate enthusiasm for the development of low intensity services to share their interest and passion, and to develop these qualities and skills in others. The post holder will work with people with different cultural backgrounds and ages, using interpreters when necessary and will work in various community settings. The post holder will line manage Psychological Well Being Practitioners and trainees under the direction of the Clinical Team Manager. Participate in activities of continuing professional development (CPD) on an annual basis. Will contribute to the smooth running of the referral receipt and coordination part of the service.
