Job Opportunity
Conduct thorough background checks and vetting processes for new hires:
1. Utilise multiple sources and databases to ensure comprehensive background checks adherent to the BS7858 standard.
2. Verify educational qualifications, employment history, and criminal records.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies:
1. Stay updated with changes in laws and regulations affecting hiring and employment.
2. Regularly review and update company policies to align with legal requirements.
Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth onboarding processes:
1. Coordinate with HR, IT, and other departments to streamline onboarding.
2. Provide new hires with necessary resources and information for a smooth transition.
Provide support during internal and external audits:
1. Prepare necessary documentation and records for audit purposes.
2. Assist auditors by providing information and clarifications as needed.
Enhance candidate experience during the hiring process:
1. Communicate clearly and promptly with candidates about the status of their application.
2. Provide feedback and support to candidates throughout the hiring process.
Implement continuous improvement practices:
1. Regularly review and improve screening and onboarding processes.
2. Gather feedback from new hires and departments to identify areas for improvement.
